Mona Lizard
(Iguana de Mona)

The “Iguana de Mona”, or Mona Lizard, is the largest lizard found in Puerto Rico. It measures up to 4.3 feet long, which approximatly half of its length is its tail. The lizard has a strong body and only lives in one of the island that composes Puerto Rico called Mona.
