Behaviour
Like to live in places with dense ground. The holes of Jerboa have 1-2 additional
exits which are a few cm unfinished. Apart from large constant holes, jerboas
have more simple temporal ones and also special holes for winter period. The
food consists of seeds of plants, very seldom insects. Jerboas sleep in winter
and after awakening in spring they begin to breed. At the end of April females
give 1-4 young.
